Job Description:

CTL Atlantis is seeking a highly skilled Architect with expertise in construction and engineering, along with experience in procurement and inventory management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and overseeing construction projects while ensuring efficient procurement and inventory processes to support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Project Management

  • Prepare, modify, and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure design adherence.
  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving solutions during project execution.

Construction & Engineering Oversight

  • Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety regulations, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
  • Work closely with contractors and construction team to resolve design and structural issues.
  • Assist in cost estimation, material selection, and structural analysis to enhance project efficiency.
  • Review and approve construction documents and shop drawings.

Procurement & Inventory Management

  • Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials and equipment.
  • Maintain an efficient inventory system, ensuring timely availability of materials to prevent project delays.
  • Evaluate suppliers and vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, construction, and procurement roles.
  • Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and engineering principles.
  • Experience with procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
